The WORLD AQUATIC BABIES CONFERENCE presented Nell White with the award of the decade 1993-2003 for her efforts in advancing baby swimming, and for being a guiding-light to those involved in aquatic programs in South Africa and around the world. Other recipients were Eugenie Horn of Norway, Sharron Crowley of Canada, John Bainbridge of USA/Australia, Lulu Cisneros of Mexico, and Foo Chee Han of Singapore for their respective countries.
