7th WABC Conference

The 7th WORLD AQUATIC BABIES CONGRESS (WABC) conference on Aquatic Education of Babies and Young Children will be held on 18 – 20 October 2003 at Waikiki Beach, Hawaii.

Nell White, the founder-director of AQUATOTS® Swim Program and a world pioneer programme director and infant swim educator, will contribute as a member of a panel of speakers. It will be the 4th time that she has presented at a WABC conference.

WABC conferences are biennial events. They originated with the first gathering of infant swim teaching professional in Tokyo 1991. Nell has attended all subsequent conferences held in various capital cities of the world namely, Los Angeles 1993, Melbourne 1995, Oaxaca 1997, Toulouse 1999, Buenos Aires 2001, and now Honolulu 2003.
